1. You are entitled to a refund of your credits (minus the free credits) within 5 days of the initial order placed, less handling fee of €5 excl. VAT.
A refund will not be issued if more than 50% of the bought credits has already been used.
2. No refunds will be issued for account cancellations if the account has been opened before 01/01/2012. For accounts opened after that date: see paragraph 5.1.
3. We do allow the transfer of your credits (minus the free credits) to another account, e.g. the account of a relative, friend or colleague. Please note that dual accounts are not allowed (see paragraph 10).

If we find that a user has taken advantage of our introductory offer and created more than one account, we will de-activate all accounts owned by that user and that user will be banned from Yoizer.
