Q: Is Yoizer affiliated with the London Stock Exchange®?

A: No, Yoizer is in no way affiliated with the London Stock Exchange®. RNS® is a registered trademark of the London Stock Exchange®.



Q: What are regulatory news alerts and why do I need it?

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Each text costs between 10p 25p (1 credit) on Pay As You Go, our SuperSaver package costs £5 per month. For more pricing details please visit our packages page. Prices are excl. VAT.



Q: Will it add any cost to my phone bill?

A: No, receiving an alert from Yoizer will add nothing to your phone bill, the only cost incurred is through the credits on your Yoizer account.



Q: Can I receive regulatory news alerts if I live outside the UK?

A: Yes, you can. Just make sure your mobile phone number is correct (always include the country code!). For example, the UK uses country code 44, Ireland uses 353 and Australia uses 61.

Q: What do I receive in the alert?

A: Each SMS alert contains the company ticker code and a direct link to the regulatory news that has been released.



Q: How fast are the alerts?

A: SMS alerts take priority and are sent within 2 minutes of a regulatory news item being released, you will also be sent an e-mail alert. An alert for a 7am RNS® may take up to 5 minutes due to high volume. It's important to note that the timestamp of the news item is written by the poster of the news and doesn't necessarily reflect the actual time of posting!



Q: Why does my 7:00 alert seem to be late?

A: An alert for a 7am regulatory news item may take up to 5 minutes due to the high volume. Also, the timestamp of the news item is written by the poster of the news and doesn't necessarily reflect the actual time of posting. Thus, the alert is probably not late at all.



Q: Can I trust Yoizer with my payments?

A: Our payment structure is set up with PayPal; therefore we never know your credit/debit card or bank details. You can upload money via PayPal at any time. Subscriptions are also set up through PayPal. Please use the same e-mail address in your account as you use for PayPal.



Q: Why am I not receiving SMS alerts?

A: Make sure you have selected the ‘activate alerts’ box in your profile and that your mobile phone number in your profile is correct. The number should always start with a country code, without a plus sign or leading zeros. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us.



Q: Why am I not receiving E-mail alerts?

A: Check your junk mail folder and make sure news (at) yoizer (dot) com and info (at) yoizer (dot) com are not being blocked by your spam filter.
Because of the amount of e-mail we send, some providers, like Hotmail and Blueyonder.co.uk, think we are spammers and frequently put Yoizer on their black list. If you use these providers and are not receiving e-mails (or replies), you now know why: we have no means of contacting you. Please contact your provider and ask them to remove us from their list.
You can also actively white list us. Check out WhatCounts for more info and instructions.

Q: How do I receive the 5 free credits?

A: When you sign up and activate your account, the credits will be automatically added to your account.



Q: How do I add the Super Saver package?

A: Log into your account, on the ‘my information’ page you should see the option to add the ‘SuperSaver’ bolt-on. Follow the corresponding steps which result in a £5,95 (incl. VAT) per month subscription set-up process with PayPal. Please use the same e-mail address in your account as you use for PayPal.



Q: Will I be alerted when my credits are low?

A: Yes, you will be alerted when you have 5 credits left.



Q: How do I add or remove companies?

A: Go to ‘My profile’ and click on ‘my selected companies’ then select the box next to a company and click ‘add’ which is at the bottom of the page. To remove a company simply click ‘remove’ next to a company in your list.
